I also had to wait over an hour to make a simple change since I had purchased my ticket less than 24 hours prior. After Sales Customer Care is pathetic.
LOL something similar happened to me. Travelocity is really not up there when it comes to customer service. I bet that if you try to buy a ticket you wait time is under a minute!!!
