  1. We went camping this weekend and it was my pleasure to share with many new friends how you inspired us to get into camping. Hopefully a ton of new subscribers. Safe travels my friend thank for the free ride across the country

  2. Hi Robert, the edge of that monitor laying on the edge of the table. I would put a cushion in between those two because you know it bounces back there.

  3. Hey Robert! Fellow miamian now living in anchorage Alaska! Good luck on your trip. It’s amazing. I’ve made it a few times and always find it enjoyable. The milepost is definitely a great tool once you get north of the border. Hopefully you’ll have time to grab an IPA in town at 49th street brewery in downtown anchorage. I work as a tour guide and would like to offer to take you out to the matanuska glacier if you have a free day with our company Greatland adventures. We are located on 36th and old Seward near the mooses tooth pizzeria. We even have a spot you could keep minitini for the day

  4. hi Robert, as far as the wall anchors go, just purchase some wall zip anchors. You will have to drill a hole first to insert the anchor, and then pull the zip cord. I have found these to be the strongest.

  5. When you come back to Montgomery. I recommend the Gunter Hill campground just west of the city. Safe travels to Alaska!!

  6. We’ve driven from Melbourne Florida to anchorage Alaska and from Alaska to Orlando. LOL!!! 😂 it’s an awesome trip. And we’ve traveled from Utah to Alaska in the bone chillin winter too – the month of February where the lakes freezer so clear you can see the bottom. Lovely trips.

  7. My husband and I just made this, virtually, same trip!!! We started in Key West and travelled to Valdez, Alaska. We're working at the KOA in Valdez for the summer. What an awesome journey! The worst part of the Alcan was from Destruction Bay, Yukon to Tok, Alaska. It was SLOOOOOWWW going, but we made it. As long as you TAKE YOUR TIME, you'll be fine!!! I just found your channel and subscribed immediately! I'll be watching intently. If I could be of any help or if you have any questions, please feel free to ask! If you have plans to come to Valdez, please stop by and say, "Hi!" Safe travels to you!

  8. Hope you're having a great time and have an amazing and epic trip! If you go by Ottawa, Ontario in Canada, please let us know as we'd love to meet you guys, maybe all go out for supper!!!

  9. You can install an eye-bolt if you want, but I would suggest using an E-Z anchor first. They look like a corkscrew and will accept the threading of your eyelet. Good Luck!!!

  10. Have you considered selling your itinerary for Alaska? We are planning the same trip in two years and I would love to have it. I’m getting a little overwhelmed!

  11. I livea few miles north of Hot Springs, Arkansas. I have dug at the Coleman crystal mines, the big one and the lesser known small one. Have fun in Hot Springs when you get there.
