when you book things on your cruise to do, do you have to book them before the cruise or you can do it the day of. If you have to do it before where do you find all of the activties?

Question. Me and Wife will be there soon on our 8 day trip. Coco Cay Beach. If I don't pay for the Trill Park. Is the other beaches free and pool with bar?. We did pay for snorkeling tho.
